We didn’t start as a fund. We started as builders.
Our journey began in 1978 with the founding of our design and build firm, Treasures International, creating custom homes and high-end developments with timeless design and precise execution. For more than four decades, we have been shaping Dubai’s skyline
and neighborhoods – not as outsiders, but as pioneers who have lived and breathed this
market since its earliest days.
Over the decades, we weren’t just building for clients. We were building – and investing – for ourselves. We began acquiring, renovating, and
flipping properties long before it became fashionable. Real estate wasn’t an investment
concept for us – it was hands-on, lived, proven.
As our own success grew, we naturally expanded
into real estate brokerage, giving us direct access
to opportunities and control over market timing
and resale strategy. At first, we shared these
investment opportunities only with friends and
family – opening doors to people we trusted. The
results spoke for themselves: strong returns,
secure structures, and full transparency. Over
time, the circle grew.
Today, we’ve opened that door a little wider – for those who believe in what we do, and trust how we do it.
